Foxpark Developments President, Carl Strand, took inspiration and learned business skills from his single Mother who operated a 10-room Seniors' care facility from their home in Sarnia, Ontario, when he was growing up. Now a Senior, himself, Carl has come full circle when he decided to use his understanding of Seniors and years of property development experience to build Seniors housing that is appropriate, sustainable and affordable for those on a basic Canadian Pension. With his new-found focus, Foxpark Development Corporation was formed as a family business to make his vision a reality.
